As the first person visitors meet when they arrive at Quality Assistance, you'll create a welcoming, reassuring and professional atmosphere from the moment they step through the door. Whether you are greeting clients, guiding candidates or assisting partners, you make sure everyone feels well cared for and clearly guided throughout their visit.
This position is available either as a full‑time role or shared between two part‑time Receptionists, giving you the flexibility to choose the arrangement that best suits your availability.
By ensuring smooth logistics, accurate information flows and reliable on-site organisation, you'll help our teams stay focused on what matters most: accelerate access to life-changing therapies.
Your key responsibilities
Here's what you will take ownership of:
Greeting all visitors professionally at the reception
Answering incoming calls and ensuring clear, accurate message handling
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
Overseeing office supplies and small equipment
Preparing meeting rooms, VIP areas and shared spaces in collaboration with Housekeeping team, including catering support
Supporting the logistics of internal events held on site
