Drive new business acquisition and market expansion in Germany as an Account Manager for a company offering sustainable packaging solutions, with full ownership of the sales cycle in a B2B environment. This autonomous role is ideal for a German‑speaking sales professional based in East Belgium, motivated by growth, sustainability, and international business development. Our client is a well‑established European industrial company specializing in the development and production of sustainable, eco‑designed packaging solutions for B2B customers. Operating internationally, the organization serves a diverse customer base across multiple industries and markets, with a strong focus on long‑term partnerships, quality, and reliability. Maintain & optimise current commercial relationship throughout the German Speaking region Actively acquire new customers on the German market (prospecting, lead generation, business acquisition) Develop the German market by identifying new segments, sustainable applications, and growth opportunities Build and grow a portfolio of B2B clients from first contact to long‑term partnership Understand customer needs and propose tailored, environmentally responsible packaging solutions Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial offers, pricing, and contracts Coordinate closely with internal teams (customer service, production, planning, quality) to ensure technical feasibility and execution Monitor market trends, sustainability requirements, regulatory developments, and competitor positioning Represent the company during customer visits, negotiations, and trade fairs in
