About L1VE
L1VE is a growing media and technology company with offices in Berlin and New York. With immersive 14K/3D/360° streaming technology and innovative live formats, we are changing the way people experience sports, music and entertainment.
Your Role
As Designer, you shape how L1VE looks and how people experience it, from the first ad to the ticket purchase on our website. Our website is at the heart of the role: you design user journeys and pages that convert. You also create our event banners, flyers, ads and social assets. You take full ownership of design, build it up from the start and keep it lean, flexible and fast.
You work closely with our Social Media Manager, our Content & Experience team and Product & Tech, and report to the Head of Marketing & Sales.
Full-time (5 days/week), project-based, 12 months
Work remotely within Europe or Asia, or on-site in Berlin
What You'll Do
Design and continuously improve our website, from first visit to ticket purchase, and make it instantly clear what L1VE is: a real live broadcast you experience with a VR headset
Map and optimize user journeys; create wireframes, prototypes and final designs in Figma
Design for conversion: identify drop-offs, develop hypotheses and test page and flow variants based on analytics data
Hand over developer-ready, responsive designs and build a clear design system with reusable components
Design landing pages, key visuals and asset packages for our live events (banners, flye
