About the RoleAs Facilities Coordinator, you keep Harmattan AI’s Paris sites safe, compliant and running for our teams. You follow technical and soft service providers day to day, and you detect issues early before they affect the business. You are involved from the opening of our new buildings and take ownership of their daily operations. This role suits someone with solid technical knowledge of building systems who is comfortable in a fast-moving, high-trust environment. ResponsibilitiesManage technical and soft service providers day to day, including maintenance, cleaning, reception and security. Walk the buildings regularly to check that everything is in order and detect issues early. Coordinate maintenance providers and works on site, and follow up ongoing works through to completion.
