Head of Expansion South-West Europe

Fastned is on a mission to accelerate the transition to electric mobility. Since 2012, we have been building and operating a rapidly growing network of iconic fast-charging stations across Europe powered entirely by solar and wind energy. With 500+ colleagues, we now operate over 450+ stations across nine countries, with an ambitious goal of reaching 1,000 stations by 2030. We are not building infrastructure for its own sake. Every station we open is a tangible step in the transition away from fossil fuels. This role offers you the unique opportunity to be at the forefront of driving this transition across France, Italy and Spain. The role As Head of Expansion South-West Europe, you will accelerate the reliable, high-quality expansion of sites for our charging stations across France, Spain and Italy. You will translate strategy into clear regional priorities, practical plans and effective ways of working. You will lead and coach the Expansion Leads and Expansion team members across your region, support cross-functional collaboration and ensure that risks, dependencies and opportunities are visible and addressed. The role combines people leadership, strategic implementation and governance. You will strengthen local ownership while creating alignment, sharing learnings and improving execution across the South-West region.
