About the Role:
Our Legal team, based in Paris, supports every deal, hire and partnership at H. As requests grow, we want legal work to run on clear processes and good tools rather than on inboxes. You will be the front door for legal requests, run the contract lifecycle day to day, and above all build the tooling and automations that let the team move faster. You will report to our General Counsel.
This is a 6 month internship, open to EFB (Barreau de Paris) students completing their PPI, or to recent graduates of an M2 in business law.
Key Responsibilities:
Tooling and automation (the core of the role):
Map our existing legal processes and identify bottlenecks.
Benchmark tools (contract lifecycle management, e-signature, request management) and deliver a costed recommendation.
Build simple automations: intake forms, approval workflows, and Claude projects for first-pass contract reviews.
Create a dashboard showing request volumes, turnaround times and active contracts.
