Our international client is currently implementing Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor across multiple countries. The initial country implementation provides the foundation for subsequent rollouts. A large amount of Fast Formulas and country-specific adaptations must be developed, configured and validated within a demanding delivery schedule. We are looking for a hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Time & Labor specialist who personally develops, modifies, tests and troubleshoots Fast Formulas. This is not a general Oracle HCM functional consulting, project management or solution architecture assignment. Configure Time Calculation Rules, Time Entry Rules, Time Categories, Time Consumer Sets, eligibility conditions and related OTL functionality. Implement working-time calculations covering shift premiums, night work, weekends, public holidays, meal allowances, unpaid breaks and country-specific labor rules.
