Position summary Prosci Executive Instructors are dynamic teachers and facilitators, with a passion for change management and our client’s success. With deep business expertise, and a thorough understanding of Prosci’s change management research, methodologies, and tools, you will not only deliver a variety of programs designed to build the client's change management capabilities, but you will also help to establish Prosci as a valuable, long-term partner to organizations as they navigate their most critical change initiatives. Scope & Responsibilities Deliver a variety of programs on Prosci change methodology, tools, and research: Instruct clients in Prosci’s proprietary change management methodology virtually, or at client locations or Prosci-selected venues across the Europe and EMEA Maintain up-to-date mastery of Prosci’s change management offeringsCombine career experience with Prosci methodology to illustrate real-world change management application and answer clients’ questions specific to their individual change initiativesPrepare thoughtfully for sessions to provide incredible learning experiences for all participantsServe our client relationships to establish Prosci as a valuable, long-term partner to organizations as they navigate their most critical change initiatives Driving and Influencing Change: Foster a culture of adaptability and resilience within colleagues, customers, and program participantsDrive digital transformation by engaging in new technologies
