HR Generalist

We’re EngagedMD, a Patient Journey Management solution for specialty care that helps practices improve patient experience, reduce administrative burden, and convert more patients to care, faster. We’re looking for an HR Generalist who can support our team members and help ensure our HR processes run smoothly. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key HR functions, including benefits administration, payroll support, employment law compliance, and employee relations. You’ll serve as a trusted resource for team members, helping navigate HR-related questions while ensuring our policies and processes are consistent, compliant, and effective. As part of a small, growing company, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by improving our HR processes and helping create a positive team member experience. This fully remote role reports to our Director of Operations, and candidates are required to reside in the United States. This role requires legal authorization to work in the United States.
