About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Robotics Operations Specialist to support teleoperation sessions, robot benchmarks, robotics data quality, and evaluation runs. You'll work closely with engineers and operators to ensure sessions run on time and on spec - troubleshooting hardware issues in real time, preparing evaluation environments, and helping improve operational processes. Responsibilities Teleoperations Support & Operator Relations Provide hands-on support during teleoperation sessions: setup, monitoring, and real-time troubleshooting Debug equipment issues (connectivity, hardware faults, peripheral failures) and escalate when needed Manage session scheduling, collector onboarding, equipment handoff, and session-readiness checks Travel to client sites and data collection locations to onboard and t
