WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS A SENIOR G&E EXECUTIVE LOOK LIKE? As a Senior G&E Executive, you are responsible for the organization and coordination of groups and events for Leonardo Royal Hotel Den Haag Promenade & Leonardo Hotel Den Haag Babylon. From the first inquiry until the final evaluation, you make sure every detail is taken care of. You manage a broad range of meetings, conferences, dinners, group bookings, and special events. With your experience and commercial mindset, you know how to translate clients' wishes into successful events while identifying opportunities to maximize revenue. You work closely with operational departments and are a trusted point of contact for both clients and colleagues. As a senior member of the team, you take ownership of more complex requests and events, support your colleagues when needed, and contribute to continuously improving our commercial approach and way of working.
