Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Consultant to take ownership of ERP solutions, drive system improvements and support the ongoing development of business-critical processes. The successful candidate will combine strong Business Central knowledge with hands-on AL development capabilities, integration experience and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of Business Central solutions, from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing optimisation. Analyse business needs and translate them into scalable, technically sound ERP solutions. Develop and maintain AL extensions, implementing system enhancements and tailored functionalities. Improve existing ERP environments, ensuring system reliability, performance and process efficiency. Investigate and resolve technical incidents, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions. Collaborate with internal departments, IT teams and external implementation partners to deliver prioritised initiatives.
