Carta Law is the largest AI-native law firm for private capital, born from the combination of Avantia Law and Carta. Our Contracts team manages the full lifecycle of commercial contracts for clients – from first review through to execution. </p> <p>Reporting to a Supervising Lawyer in the region, you&#39;ll work alongside fellow paralegals and lawyers and embedded AI agents. This team delivers high volumes of pre-M&amp;A contract work at speed, supported by AI-backed tools including Carta&#39;s pr
