What you'll do
You will be focused on a domain within our Engineering function, our area that works directly with clients to leverage the Kaluza platform to meet client needs in new regions.
You will manage teams of engineers, up to 10 direct reports. Engineering Managers contribute to both the technical and product vision of their teams, making sure that their products are successful.
You’ll nurture the engineering talent in your teams, encouraging personal development, managing performance and ensuring everyone is aligned with product delivery objectives.
