Job DescriptionAs Software Lead Engineer/ Technical Lead at NTS Eindhoven, you set the technical direction for our software projects and coordinate the technical work of the engineers assigned to them. Working in collaborative teams of fewer than ten colleagues, you translate project objectives and complex requirements into software architecture, design decisions and executable technical plans.
This is a technical leadership role without line-management responsibility. You lead through technical direction, coordination and coaching, while the Group Lead or Competence Manager remains responsible for people management.
