Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders)

Your Mission: At VÆRIDION, we're building the Microliner, a fully electric aircraft, and the battery technology that powers it. To make that happen, we need great people, and as our Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders), you'll play a key role in bringing them on board. As part of our People & Culture team, you'll own recruiting end to end for your positions and advise our hiring managers as a true partner. You'll make sure every candidate gets a process that is fast, honest, and personal. You'll also keep improving how we find and hire talent. Our goal is to ensure that every candidate leaves the process with a positive impression of VÆRIDION, regardless of the outcome.  Your Day-to-Day: Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from screening to offer and closing. Understand your hiring managers' requirements and advise them on recruiting, including relevant market insights, realistic timelines, and candidate availability. Design and run sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, talent mapping, and networks, to reach passive candidates in competitive markets. Lead complex and cross-functional hiring processes, and influence hiring decisions with structured interviews and data-driven recommendations. Negotiate offers and close candidates. Maintain our ATS Ashby and keep data and reporting clean and reliable.
