Visiting Analyst Venture Capital – Investment Team (all genders) 📍 Hamburg · 6 months, full-time. Oyster Bay is a European Food- & AgTech early-stage fund, investing from Seed to Series A across the entire food value chain: from autonomous robots, biotech and crop genetics, to tomorrow’s favourite consumer brands. We’re a close-knit team of ten, with seven of us on the investment side. As a Visiting Analyst, you will be a full member of the investment team from day one. What you’ll actually do: Develop your own investment thesis, build conviction about where value will be created, and connect with companies shaping that space. Take part in investment processes end to end, from first call to decision. That includes market assessment, business model evaluation and building founder relationships. There is no perfect CV.
