The Role As a Working Student in Recruiting , you will turn new applications into real conversations. You’ll pick up the phone fast, tell candidates about the opportunity with energy, and help decide who moves forward, all while fitting the work around your studies. This is a great first step into recruiting, people operations or sales, and no prior recruiting experience is needed. You’ll learn directly from the Head of People and split your week between the Berlin office and home. A positive attitude and quick follow-through matter far more than experience here.
