Unser Bereich Die Abteilung „Mechanische Komponenten" fertigt mechanische Bauteile durch Fräsen, Blechbearbeitung und Kunststofftechnik, fügt Bauteile durch verschiedene Klebe-, Löt- und Schweißverfahren, lackiert Bauteile und führt Montagetätigkeiten durch. Ihre Aufgaben Herstellung und Bearbeitung von Einzelteilen und Baugruppen aus GFK/CFK Verbundwerkstoffen (Laminieren, Richten, Schleifen, Montieren) Vorbereitung der Bauteile für den Autoklaven Integration von Bauteilen in die Verbundstruktur Einsatz von Werkzeugen, Vorrichtungen, Geräten verschiedener Bearbeitungstechniken mit mehrschichtigen und komplexen Bearbeitungsinhalten Vorbereiten von Bauteilen und Komponenten am Arbeitsplatz für die Bearbeitung und Prüfen auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten an den Produktionsanlagen Erfassung und Eingabe in SAP von Zeiten und Aufwänden Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker/in für Kunststofftechnik, Mechaniker/in mit Neigung zu GFK/CFK-Verbundwerkstoffen oder vergleichbar Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung Kenntnisse über Faserverbundkunststoffe sind von Vorteil Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Koordinationsfähigkeit Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
