Waiter / Service Responsible – Brusketta (Antwerp) Brusketta is a Neapolitan restaurant on Jan van Rijswijcklaan in Antwerp, known for its energetic, always-busy atmosphere. We’re looking for a Waiter / Service Responsible to own the floor: someone who leads by example, keeps a busy room running smoothly and makes every guest feel looked after. What you’ll do Welcome guests, take orders accurately and advise on dishes and wines Serve efficiently, even when the restaurant and terrace are full Lead the floor during service: divide tasks, keep the pace and motivate the team Keep communication between floor, bar and kitchen clear Solve problems calmly before guests notice them Make sure service standards and opening/closing routines are followed Who you are Experience as a waiter or shift leader in hospitality A strong service mindset with natural leadership qualities Energized by a busy restaurant, organized and hands-on English and basic Dutch required; Italian or French is a plus What we offer Full-time contract, 38 hours per week €16–€18 brutto per hour, negotiable based on experience Meal vouchers, holiday pay and a 13th month Bike allowance and uniform provided 2 days off per week Real responsibility from day one in a growing restaurant group Send your CV, a photo and a short introduction to hr@lvpgroup.be .
