Description of the practical assignment We Are Live produces digital and hybrid events for top brands such as Booking.com , Amsterdam Business Forum, Adyen, Richemont, Solana, Cognizant and many others. As a Production Intern, you will be part of our team and help bring our projects to life from start to finish. Our focus is on creativity, innovation, and production, and we take care of the entire process from providing advice and concepts, to implementation and analytics. You'll work from our inspiring office at The Curve in Amsterdam North, surrounded by the creative energy of the NDSM-Werf. Here, you'll have the opportunity to learn about producing livestreams, digital events, and hybrid events. We'll provide training and mentorship in every phase, gradually guiding you to take on more responsibilities independently as you develop the necessary professional skills. Pre-production: Help prepare call sheets, check crew contact details, and organize logistics like address, parking, and loading requirements, sourcing decor/props, checking on content and assets and creating graphics. Production: Support the team on location, managing the checklist, coordinating with the team and crew on planning, setting up the stage/studio, managing content, performing checks and tests, managing playout and taking edit notes. Post-production: Assist in the transition from shoot to edit, including managing hard drives, backing up footage, and delivering content to the edit team or client.
