This role involves setting up, programming, and operating a range of CNC machinery, including vertical and horizontal lathes and machining centres, selecting appropriate tooling and machining parameters, and ensuring all work meets quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and documenting machining processes, inspecting finished components using precision measuring equipment, and safely loading and unloading machines using overhead gantry cranes where required. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Experience with Heidenhain or Fanuc controls is advantageous, and additional training on specific machines and programming methods will be provided to candidates with a solid foundation in CNC machining and programming.This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week with an annual salary range of €36,605-€40,000.
