Playgroup Leader

Little Smarties Childcare Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Playgroup Room Leader to lead and coordinate the daily operations of its playgroup room. The successful candidate will be responsible for:- Leading and supervising the daily activities and routines within the playgroup room.- Supporting, guiding and coordinating other early years educators.- Planning, implementing and evaluating age-appropriate educational activities in line with the Aistear and Síolta frameworks.- Ensuring children's safety, wellbeing, learning and development.- Monitoring children's progress and maintaining accurate developmental records.- Maintaining effective communication with parents and guardians.- Ensuring compliance with Tusla regulations, safeguarding policies and health and safety procedures.- Working collaboratively with management and other staff members to maintain high standards of childcare and education.
