Hoistech Ltd is seeking a Commercial Project Coordinator to join the team in Clondalkin, Dublin.Salary: €37,544 - €40,000 per annum 40-hour work week Permanent, Full-TimeDuties include and are not limited to:Review customer enquiries, drawings and specifications to establish project requirements Prepare project cost estimates, quotations, pricing schedules and tender submissions Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations Analyse project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities Coordinate commercial and technical information across engineering, operations and suppliers Liaise with customers regarding quotations and project requirements Monitor tender and quotation deadlines Support commercial negotiations and pricing Coordinate successful projects through to operational handover Maintain and report on the commercial opportunity pipelineRequirements:Previous experience in estimating, costing, tendering, procurement or commercial project coordination Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Good commercial understanding of project costs and pricing Strong organisational and project-coordination skills Good Microsoft Excel and Office skills Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Engineering, manufacturing or construction industry experience is advantageous
