Responsibilities： * Prepare dishes independently according to our menu. * Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene and food safety regulations. * Work closely with colleagues and support the team during busy periods. * Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies. * Supervise and guide kitchen assistants. * Prepare ingredients and mise en place. * Apply professional cooking techniques. * Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements. * Take responsibility for stock control and kitchen organization.
