Accountant – Fast-Growing Company, Logistics

Accountant – The Role: You will report to the Finance Manager and be part of a close-knit accounting team. Your role is varied and involves frequent interaction with colleagues from various departments. Daily accounting: You will process payments from customers and suppliers and reconcile the entries with bank statements. Invoicing and follow-up on outstanding invoices: You prepare sales invoices and send them to customers; you follow up on outstanding receivables and take action in the event of late payments. Reporting : You collect data for the weekly profitability reports and the monthly KPI reports. Reconciliations : You perform periodic (monthly and annual) reconciliations with customers and suppliers Invoice verification and collaboration with operations : You review and approve invoices from port, terminal, and administrative suppliers Accountant – About You: - You have at least a first experience as an in-house accountant, or in an accounting firm - You are fluent in Dutch & English - You have obtained a degree in Accounting, or in a relevant field - An experience in the logistics sector is definitely a plus, but not essential
