Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical mechanical infrastructure and associated systems; Troubleshoot equipment and support the resolution of technical incidents; Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively identify potential issues or risks; Support operations and maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted service delivery; Coordinate and supervise contractors and external service providers on-site; Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents when required; Contribute to energy efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives; Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, safety regulations, and industry best practices. What We're Looking For Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance of large-scale electrical and/or mechanical systems; Strong problem-solving capabilities; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment; Hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail; Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; Experience in Data Centers, critical facilities, industrial environments, utilities, or similar infrastructure is highly desirable.
