We do this through a land-and-expand, bottom-up enterprise model—starting with small, successful teams and partnering with them as they grow into larger, strategic customers.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">As a Sales Manager for Southern Europe you’ll lead a high-impact team at a critical moment in the customer journey. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves building teams, coaching talent, and scaling smart, repeatable sales motions in a fast-moving environment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This role is based in our Paris office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
