If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!</p></div><p>As a Senior Counsel in Figma's international legal team you will play an essential role in contributing to the continued growth of Figma's business in LATAM. The international legal team is responsible for providing technically excellent, yet practical and commercial legal advice to a wide range of cross-functional partners, with particular exposure to the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.&nbsp;</p> <p>You will have the opportunity to work with talented technical and revenue leaders across the business and be exposed to different working cultures across a huge range of geographic locations. We're seeking an experienced in-house counsel with a growth mindset who is excited by operating in fast moving regulatory and business environment and comfortable dealing with novel situations. This individual will be able to bring an independent view to the table, but also understand the importance of building to scale, they will be into the detail where necessary but always approach issues with a keen strategic vision.</p> <h4>What you’ll do at Figma:</h4> <ul> <li>Draft and negotiate customer facing agreements including but not limited to: software services agreements, data processing agreements, regulatory annexes, security documents, privacy policies</li> <li>Monitor and keep the team updated on emerging legislative and regulatory development
