Our AI agent, <strong>Fin</strong>, is the most advanced customer service AI agent on the market, and when paired with our Helpdesk becomes the complete <strong>Intercom Suite</strong> for AI-enhanced support across the customer lifecycle. You’ll join our EMEA SMB Business sales team to drive new business growth with high-potential SMB customers.</p> <p>This role is based in our <strong>Dublin, Ireland</strong> office.</p> <h2>What will I be doing? </h2> <ul> <li>Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, value-based demos, negotiation, and close —across our EMEA SMB customer base for deal sizes between 20k-250k ARR.</li> <li>Generate and progress pipeline through a healthy mix of inbound qualification and targeted outbound, par
