<p>We are seeking an experienced and strategic Analytics Manager to lead the Everyday Banking domain (Payments, Cards, and Core Account Lifecycle) , one of our cross-functional areas shaping the development of one of the world's leading FinTech products.</p> <h2><strong>About the opportunity</strong></h2> <p>As an Analytics Manager, you will own the analytics strategy and execution for our Product & Business Segments within the respective domain.</p> <p>You are responsible for ensuring data is at the core of decision-making, fostering a strong data culture, and enabling teams to deliver measurable business impact. You will work in a cross-functional setup, leading a team of ~4 data analysts while partnering closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior business stakeholders.</p> <p>This is a <strong>hands-on leadership role</strong>, where you are expected to split your time between:</p> <ul> <li><strong>~50% individual contribution</strong>, focusing on the most complex and high-impact analytical problems</li> <li><strong>~50% team leadership and management</strong>, ensuring your team delivers high-quality work and continues to grow</li> </ul> <h2><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></h2> <p><strong>Help us set the right goals: </strong>Define and align domain-level KPIs and OKRs, ensuring teams are focused on the highest-impact opportunities.
