Supervisor - Elena's Way 2nd Shift

Elena’s Way, a Preble Street Wellness Shelter, provides shelter and intensive services to 40 individuals experiencing homelessness and complex physical and mental health needs, in a 24-hour trauma-informed environment grounded in social work and medical best practices. A second shift Supervisor position is currently available in this service-inclusive, client-centered shelter program. As a member of the collaborative management team, the Supervisor’s responsibilities include supervising the second shift direct service team, overseeing casework and supportive services, leading program activities, providing program coverage and direct services to clients and tenants, and performing administrative and management tasks in support of the program. The schedule for this position is Wednesday through Saturday, 1:30pm – 11:30pm.
