Baker/Cake Decorator

We are looking for a friendly, professional baker to lead treat and cake production in our pet bakery. Boou Bakery is a BAKERY FOR PETS (not people), making fresh pet treats and cakes in-store daily. Successful candidates must be able to work independently as well as contributing to a team in a fast paced environment. Must love pets! **Duties include:** - Creating a baking scheudle and planning production - Daily cake and cupcake production - Decorating cakes and cupcakes for the display case and customer orders - Dough production for treats including rolling dough, stamping individual treats and baking - Assistance with jerky production - This position requires heavy lifting of 50 lbs **Hours:** 9am-5pm Tuesday through Saturday (off Sundays and Mondays) ***Minimum 2 years experience in a production role in a commercial kitchen environment.*** Start date: Immediately To apply send a resume and CV and pictures of your work to manager@booubakery.ca with the subject line “BAKER POSITION" to apply.
