As a Seasonal Christmas Experience Attendant, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for all visitors. From greeting guests and processing payments to guiding families through the attraction, you will help bring the magic of Christmas to life! Key Responsibilities * Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude. * Process admissions, payments, and transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system. * Guide guests through the Christmas attraction and assist them in navigating the different photo scenes and immersive experiences. * Explain attraction rules, guidelines, and safety procedures to visitors. * Monitor guest activity to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. * Assist guests with questions, directions, and general customer service needs. * Help manage guest flow and prevent overcrowding in photo areas and walkways. * Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the attraction. * Ensure Christmas displays, decorations, and photo areas are treated with care. * Report any safety concerns, damaged displays, or operational issues to management. * Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications & Requirements * Previous customer service, retail, cashier, or entertainment experience is an asset but not required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality. * Comfortable interacting with children, families, and guests of all ages. * Ability to handle payments and operate a POS system accurately. * Strong attention to safety and detail. * Ability to remain calm, professional, and helpful during busy periods. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. * Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods. * Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including weekends and evenings.
