**Men In Trucks Moving · Full-time, permanent · $56,000–$66,000 + quarterly bonus · Hybrid in Ottawa, some travel**
Men In Trucks is a premium, white-glove moving company that has served Ottawa since 2010 and now operates in 8 Canadian cities. You'll make sure every city has the movers and drivers it needs before our busy season, and that they stay.
**What you'll do**
* Hire movers, drivers and crew leads for 8 cities ahead of our busy season
* Write job posts, screen applicants (including driver abstracts) and book interviews with City Leads
* Run onboarding in English and French: contracts, policies and safety orientation
* Keep employee files, workers' compensation claims and HR records current
* Check in with every new hire at 30, 60 and 90 days
**What you bring**
* 2+ years in recruiting or HR, ideally high-volume or agency hiring
* A fast, organized phone screener; comfortable with an applicant tracking system
* Knowledge of Ontario employment standards; other provinces an asset
* French is an asset
