As a Driving Range Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our practice facilities are maintained to the highest standards, creating an exceptional experience for members and guests. **What's in it for you?** * Discounted merchandise & staff pricing program. * Complimentary Golf * Room for advancement. * Work perk membership. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for "Outside Services" such as Member and Guest greeting, golf club washing, golf cart cleaning/maintenance, driving range operation. * Collect, clean, and replenish driving range balls throughout the day. * Operate range-picking equipment safely and efficiently. * Set up and maintain practice areas, including the driving range, putting greens, and short game facilities. * Ensure range stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked. * Assist members and guests with questions regarding practice facilities. * Monitor the condition of practice areas and report maintenance concerns. * Perform routine cleaning of equipment and designated work areas. * Support golf operations staff with tournament and event preparations as needed. * Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a safe environment for members, guests, and fellow team members. * Contribute to a positive and professional atmosphere that reflects the club's commitment to service excellence. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Work effectively within a team management structure * Quick learner and a creative problem solver * Strong organizational skills * Excellent communication skills * Enjoy working outdoors * ***Full-time and Part-time hours available.*** **This is a seasonal position from with an anticipated end date of November 2027.** ClubLink is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing an inclusive workplace.
