Our client is a market leader in software for the label and packaging industry. Their platform is used by over 480 customers in 50 countries, and they have just launched a new cloud-first platform, the next big step in their growth.

This is your chance to join this growing organisation as a Product Manager.
**The role**
This is a rare chance to shape a newly launched cloud platform in its first years with customers. Your decisions will reach over 480 manufacturers in 50 countries, you’ll see your work running on real factory floors, and you’ll represent the company at industry events in Europe and the US.
* Shape the roadmap through customer interviews and market analysis, and write clear requirements.
* Prioritise with engineering based on customer value, business impact and feasibility.
* Bridge technical and non-technical teams on integrations, data and compliance, and own specs and release notes.
* Lead customer feedback and beta programmes, and represent the company at events and trade shows.
* Support sales and marketing on positioning and training as the cloud platform rolls out.
**What you'll bring**
* 5+ years in product management in enterprise or B2B software. ERP, MIS, manufacturing or scheduling software is a big plus.
* A real appetite to learn the industry.
* High energy, sharp and a quick learner, with the people skills to align developers, sales and customers.
* Fluent English. Dutch or French is a plus.
* Based within reach of the Bruges area for regular time in the office.
**Salary and benefits**
* Up to €6,300 per month gross, paid over 13 months.
* Company car with a fuel and charging card for Belgium and the EU, plus a budget for a home charging point.
