Apprentice Carpenter

The position is based out of **Calgary, AB** but our work radius extends to the surrounding counties. **McKenna Construction Limited** is a carpentry contractor focused on craftmanship, quality, and accountability. Our projects range from post-frame shops and structures to residential interior and exterior finishing. Versatility is a required skill for all applicants. This position is for those who consistently demonstrate the following qualities: * Punctuality * Versatility * Accountability * Creative * Collaborative * Adaptable * Dependable The position requires the applicant to perform the following responsibilities: * Read and interpret project plans accurately * Measure, cut, and install materials with a high degree of attention * Communicate effectively with co-workers * Operate hand and power tools safely * Maintain strict safety requirements * Show up ready to work, learn, and thrive **Skills required:** Five (5) years minimum of relevant residential construction.
