The position is based in Montreal and reports to the Director, Information Technology and Business Transformation. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of the organization’s technology infrastructure across corporate, cloud, plant, and operational technology (OT) environments. The Manager, Infrastructures and Security combines technical expertise and team leadership to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure, while managing projects, mitigating risks, and implementing solutions to strengthen cybersecurity and operational resilience across the organization. **RESPONSABILITIES:** * Contribute to the development and execution of infrastructure and cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, standards, and lifecycle plans across corporate, cloud, and industrial (IT/OT) environments. * Implement and oversee cybersecurity controls, including network segmentation, secure remote access, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, monitoring, and backup security. * Identify, assess, and mitigate infrastructure and cybersecurity risks, ensuring appropriate remediation, incident response, and compliance with established standards. * Ensure the reliability, availability, performance, and security of infrastructure services, including disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident management. * Collaborate with plant operations and engineering teams to support secure, reliable, and sustainable IT/OT infrastructure while maintaining alignment with operational requirements. * Manage infrastructure and security projects from planning through implementation, ensuring effective prioritization, resource allocation, budget management, and timely delivery. * Maintain a hands-on technical role in system configuration, troubleshooting, incident resolution, security remediation, and the implementation of infrastructure improvements. * Establish and maintain technical do
