If so, this could be the career for you! As a **Branch Team Lead**, you'll play a key role in motivating, coaching, and supporting your team. Through your leadership, you'll bring focus to goals and vision while building strong relationships and driving results. **A day in the life** * Provide a positive work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates talent * Coach, train, and motivate team members to meet service and sales goals * Support operational reporting and manage team targets and performance metrics * Assist the Branch Manager (or oversee objectives in their absence) and ensure daily service commitments are met * Answer client and associate questions, handle service/call escalations, answer phone inquiries, complete special projects, train new hires, and assist in creating processes * Maintain relationships with employees to ensure quality service standards are met * Other job responsibilities as required **What you will bring to our team** * Minimum 1-2 years insurance brokerage experience, with some leadership experience preferred. * Level 2 General Insurance License and an industry designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM) considered an asset. * Excellent communication and time management skills. * Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail and accuracy. **Salary Expectations –** The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
