Clinic Manager

**We're Hiring: Clinic Manager** **Abbotsford Maternity Group | Abbotsford, BC** Abbotsford Maternity Group is a busy, established family physician-led maternity practice seeking an experienced **Clinic Manager** to oversee the day-to-day operations of our practice. Our team includes 7+ physicians, a midwife, a lactation consultant and five administrative staff. We typically see 70–110 patients per day. We are looking for a proactive, organized and capable leader who can take ownership of clinic operations, manage our administrative team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice. **Key Responsibilities:** * Overseeing daily clinic operations and administrative workflows * Managing, supervising and supporting the MOA team * Coordinating staffing, scheduling, recruitment and onboarding * Overseeing administrative processes, referrals, billing and remittances * Developing and improving office systems and procedures * Working closely with physician leadership on practice priorities **The Ideal Candidate:** * Several years of experience in a management position * Demonstrated experience supervising and managing staff * Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills * Proactive, independent and solutions-oriented * Comfortable managing competing priorities and making decisions * Experience with OSCAR EMR and medical billing is an asset **What We Offer:** * Full-time, approximately 40 hours/week * $80,000 annually, depending on experience * Extended health benefits * A leadership position with meaningful responsibility and autonomy If you are an experienced medical office professional ready to take ownership of clinic operations and lead a great team, we'd love to hear from you! **To Apply:** Email your resume to Abbotsfordmaternitygroup.hiring@gmail.com.
