Job Description
We are looking for someone with **at least 2 years of electrical experience**, preferably in a construction environment. The successful candidate will work alongside licensed electricians on residential and commercial projects, assisting with installations, repairs, wiring, and troubleshooting.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs under the supervision of licensed electricians.
* Install wiring, lighting fixtures, electrical devices, panels, and low-voltage systems.
* Read and interpret electrical drawings and installation instructions.
* Learn quickly and apply new skills and techniques.
* Take initiative and progressively handle assigned tasks with greater independence.
* Identify and report installation issues.
* Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment.
* Prepare materials and keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
* Follow electrical safety procedures, applicable codes, and company standards.
* Work effectively with team members to ensure quality workmanship.
**Requirements:**
* **Minimum 2 years of electrical experience.**
* Construction experience strongly preferred.
* Basic understanding of electrical wiring, tools, and installation practices.
* Ability to follow instructions and work under the supervision of licensed electricians.
* **Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and team-oriented.**
* Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
* Preference given to candidates in **Mississauga and surrounding areas**.
