What We’re Looking For SOTI is looking for a Law Clerk & Contracts Administrator with a strong background in contracts to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to leverage best practices and tools. In your role you will draft, review and negotiate a high volume of contracts for various functional units of SOTI with a particular emphasis on commercial agreements such as software license, cloud computing, non-disclosure, terms of sale, reseller, and vendor & agency agreements. You will use your growing experience at SOTI, combined with your expertise to prepare and update templates of commercial contracts for use primarily by the marketing, sales and business development functions at SOTI. You will also ensure that all commercial contracts entered into by SOTI are made in compliance with governing legislation, regulations, policies and procedures. You will work closely with functional units at SOTI to regularly improve contract review, signature and management process and to provide consistent advice and direction.
