Studio Assistant

**About the Studio** The Tailor in St. Jacobs is a custom sewing studio focused on quality tailoring, alterations, repairs, and custom pieces. We care about the experience each person has with us just as much as the work we do for their garments. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Studio Assistant to lend a hand with the day-to-day details. This is a great fit for a student looking for a few hours of work each week. No previous work experience is needed - we’re looking for someone with a fantastic attitude who is keen to learn. **What You’ll Be Doing** * Keep the studio tidy, organized, and welcoming for customers * Welcome customers and help with day-to-day communication * Assist with organizing garments and orders * Help with simple administrative tasks, including invoicing * Pitch in with other straightforward studio tasks as needed **What We’re Looking For** * A positive attitude and willingness to learn * Someone friendly, dependable, and organized * A student or entry-level applicant looking for a small number of weekly hours * No previous work experience is required **Schedule** * Approximately 8–12 hours per week * Must be available for some evening shifts * Saturday availability is a plus **Applications** To apply, please email thetailorinstjacobs@gmail.com with your resume, a brief overview of your employment experience, and your availability.
