**Men In Trucks Moving · Full-time, permanent · Base $48,000–$54,000 + commission (expected total $62,000–$75,000 in year one)**
Men In Trucks is a premium, white-glove moving company that has served Ottawa since 2010 and now operates in Toronto, Montréal, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Winnipeg and Halifax. We're building our Support Office in Ottawa and need the voice that turns every enquiry into a booked, well-planned move.
**What you'll do**
* Answer calls, texts and web enquiries for all our cities, in English and French
* Run video walk-throughs, build accurate quotes and book moves with deposits
* Follow up every open quote until it's booked or closed
* Offer packing, materials and storage when they help the customer
* Work with dispatch so every move day starts perfectly set up
**What you bring**
* 2+ years in sales, booking or customer service (moving, hospitality, furniture, travel or similar)
* Fluent spoken and written French and English
* Fast, warm and organized on the phone; comfortable with a CRM and with numbers
* Available for some Saturdays
