Washfloor Attendant – Industrial Laundry

Executive Mat Service is looking for an experienced and dependable **Washfloor Attendant** to join our industrial laundry team. This is an important role within our operation, ensuring that washfloor processes run efficiently, production targets are met, and all products meet our quality standards.
We are looking for someone with previous industrial or commercial laundry experience who understands wash formulas, chemical handling, and the importance of maintaining an efficient production flow.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor industrial washing equipment to ensure efficient operation.
* Sort, load, and unload linen products according to established procedures.
* Measure, handle, and dispense laundry chemicals safely and accurately.
* Follow and maintain proper wash formulas to ensure consistent cleaning quality.
* Monitor wash quality and make adjustments as required.
* Identify and report equipment malfunctions, product concerns, or production issues.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized washfloor.
* Work closely with production team members to meet daily production goals.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an industrial or commercial laundry environment.
* Strong understanding of wash formulas, chemical handling, and laundry production processes.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and workplace safety.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Flexible and available to work different shifts as operational needs require.
