At most big companies, you're just a number on a route sheet, and you're laid off as soon as the snow hits. Here, you're part of a team that's building something, and we build it around our people. We promote from within, we invest in training, and the cleaners who grow with us are the ones who lead our crews and our new locations. If you're good at what you do and you're ready to be paid and treated like it, we want to talk to you. What winter looks like: When the snow hits, most companies send their guys home. We don't. All winter, our crews keep working on interior cleaning for our clients. Steady work, all year. What you get: * $300–$350 per day (about $6,000–$7,000/month) for experienced cleaners * Extra pay on any add-on you sell on site (gutters, screens, tracks, etc.) * Year-round work, with no seasonal layoffs * Routes built around recurring clients, so you're not driving all over the city * Real growth: lead tech, trainer and crew leader roles are filled from inside the team first * Ongoing training, including water-fed pole systems and advanced techniques * A team that has your back and respects your craft What we're looking for: * At least 1 year of professional window cleaning experience (residential or commercial) * Fast and clean with a squeegee.
