Sales Assistant (Order & Customer Service)

Key Responsibilities * Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders; verify product models, quantities, prices, and delivery information to ensure accurate documentation and system data. * Track order progress, delivery dates, and shipments; coordinate with the parent company, warehouse, and logistics providers; keep customers updated on progress. * Handle routine customer inquiries, delivery exceptions, and after-sales feedback; coordinate follow-up with relevant staff and report outcomes back to customers. * Work with Finance to verify customer payments and outstanding balances; follow up on payment reminders and supporting documentation. * Maintain customer records, order history, quotations, and price lists; organize sales materials and business data. What We Look For * Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, order processing, or order tracking / logistics — any industry welcome; automotive aftermarket or international trade experience preferred. * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, proactively resolve issues, and follow through to completion. * Fluent German for independent phone and email communication with customers; proficient English for day-to-day business correspondence; Chinese a plus. * Strong Excel and office software skills — comfortable with data organization, filtering, verification, and basic statistics; ERP experience preferred. * Meticulous and well-organized, with a strong sense of accuracy for orders, documents, and data; responsive communication, a strong sense of responsibility, and a willingness to learn automotive product knowledge. * Valid work authorization / residence permit for Germany, and availability to work on-site in Pulheim.
