As a **Project Manager EU Digitalisation and Consulting (F/M/X)**, you will take responsibility for complex advisory and digital transformation projects. Working closely with European clients and Materna’s consulting and delivery experts across Europe, you will help shape secure, sustainable and future-oriented digital solutions for the public sector. **As a Project Manager EU Digitalisation & Consulting, you will** ----------------------------------------------------------------- * lead advisory, study and digital transformation projects for European institutions and public-sector clients, ensuring successful delivery from project initiation through completion. * manage project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, risks and dependencies while maintaining transparent reporting and effective governance. * coordinate interdisciplinary and international project teams and act as a key interface between clients in Brussels and Materna’s consulting and delivery teams across Europe. * facilitate stakeholder communication, workshops, steering committees and decision-making processes at operational and management level. * lead assignments in areas such as digital-ready policymaking, evaluation and monitoring, market analysis, digital strategy and governance, AI and data, implementation and innovation. * oversee the analysis, design and implementation of digital public services, interoperability initiatives and data-governance activities. * ensure compliance with project-specific quality, data-protection, information-security and confidentiality requirements. * contribute to tenders, proposals and service offerings and support the further development of Materna’s consulting business within the European institutional market. **Your profile** ---------------- **What you bring** * University degree in public administration, political science, economics, law, business informatics, project management or a comparable field * Several years of experience managing complex consulting, transformation or digitalisation projects, ideally in the public sector or other regulated environments * Strong knowledge of traditional, agile and hybrid project-management approaches * Experience managing project budgets, resources, quality, risks and stakeholder relationships * Experience working with European institutions, EU agencies, national administrations or comparable public-sector organisations is an advantage * Knowledge in areas such as digital strategy and governance, AI and data, digital-ready policymaking, evaluation and
