Head of Product Engineering Group 4

**Join our Team** ----------------- At this time, Ericsson Canada Inc. does not provide immigration assistance/sponsorship now or in the future for this position. **About this opportunity:** We are looking for a Head of Product Engineering Group 4 in Ottawa in PEU RAN Performance. You will be lead development organization in the baseband SW development domain for 6G in North America from the PEU, interfacing lead customers on 6G plans and quality efforts. The role will work closely with counterpart in Sweden (PEG3). Reporting to the PEU Head, you will be part of the PEU Leadership Team, working closely with R&D and Product Line. **What you will do:** * Own the 6G feature and architecture development securing TTM and quality and customer satisfaction. Collaborate effectively with other units to succeed in 6G * Transform ways of working: Use AI to re-invent how we perform work in development to improve quality, accelerate feature parity, TTM and increasing the pace of innovation to solve customer pain points. * Connect priorities: Align global teams, R&D, Product Line, customers, suppliers and strategic partners around customer needs and technical priorities. * Lead the organization: Develop leaders and technical capability across a global team, with clear accountability and a culture of innovation, simplification, ownership, customer focus and continuous improvement. **The skills you bring:** * Proven ability to lead transformation, simplify processes and strengthen ownership and accountability. * Extensive leadership experience in global software engineering and system management organizations. * Strong understanding of RAN technology, products and architecture. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align priorities and influence decisions across organizational boundaries. * Inclusive collaborative leadership and experience developing leaders and international technical teams, with a clear focus on customer needs, measurable outcomes and continuous improvement. * Thrives in an environment of uncertainty and challenges status quo, with willingness to take informed risk and bold decisions **Why join Ericsson?** At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
